Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery estimates reflect the time after your order leaves our fulfillment center, not from the date of purchase. During peak seasons (October–January), additional delays may occur due to higher carrier demand.
Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $99 and all subscription orders. No code required.
First-Time Customers First-time customers are eligible for free shipping on their first order via a welcome discount code provided at sign-up.
Order Tracking Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after the confirmation email is sent.
Fulfillment & Packaging Orders placed through our store are fulfilled and shipped by a third-party logistics provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by the fulfillment provider, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once your order has been submitted to our logistics provider, title and risk of loss passes to you.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at flouren@enterobiome.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment provider to investigate and resolve the issue.
