Refund policy
We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused, unopened, with tags attached and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at flouren@enterobiome.com. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use the label provided upon approval and ship to the designated address.
No restocking fees will be charged.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at flouren@enterobiome.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items As our products are health supplements, returns and refunds are not accepted if the induction seal has been broken or the product has been opened, even within the 30-day window. This policy is in place to comply with North American hygiene and safety regulations. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and, once the return is approved, place a new order.
European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received — unused, unopened, with tags and original packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at out fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.
