I take Akkermansia for gut and lung health so this brand is a bonus for me because it also has chromium for blood sugar support and chicory for gut and weight management and 2 other supplements. It is comparably priced for akkermansia plus other listed ingredients. These are small easy to swallow, have no taste or smell. As with all supplements, consult your health care provider and do your due diligence.
