WHY WE STARTED

We started FLOUREN,for the standard we couldn't find.

The supplement aisle is full of proprietary blends and unnamed strains.
We wanted the opposite — one characterized strain, a stated dose, and a
clinical trial you can actually look up. EB-AMDK19 is the result of
research that began in 2017 and a 12-week placebo-controlled trial across
nine hospitals.

No overnight transformation. No fairy-dust doses. Just a capsule you
reach for before the house wakes up.

Good option for Akkermansia EB-AMDK19

The patented strain of Akkermansia EB-AMDK19 has been used for increasing lung health and studies show that there is a link between the gut-lung biome. While this supplement is on the more expensive side it does have very high TFU to support a healthy bacterial colony. I have been taking both Flouren's Respiratory Health as well as their Premium Akkermansia formula for Gut Health on alternating basis. Cost wise the Respiratory formula is a better bang for the buck as you get 60 capsules vs the other's 30, both containing 25B TFU per capsule. Difference is the recommended dose of 2 capsules for this formula. I take only 1 capsule per day after the 1st week where I'd taken 2 to build up my microbiome levels. I don't notice much difference between the effect of either as it mostly comes down to the added vitamins and minerals (C & zinc with some NAC for this one, Chromium for the gut health formula) so for me it comes down to which costs less per capsule. No aftertaste, no side effects after over a month of taking. I haven't caught a cold or flu even when exposed large crowds on a daily basis so there might be something to its immune wellness claims. Seems to make it easier to catch my breath when working out, so I consider this a good supplement.

Quality supplement, but very expensive

Wow, this is an expensive supplement! $54 for a 30 Day supply.I love Akkermansia and I try to take it in some form daily. This supplement does contain a superior form of Akkermansia EB-AMDK19 which has been specifically studied for weight control. Perhaps that’s part of the expense. It also contains other supplements that I take regularly, NAC and quercetin. So this would cover those for me as well. It’s made in the USA in a GMP facility and third-party lab tested. I do trust this company that the product contains what they say it contains. I’m not a huge fan of the additives however. If you’re looking for respiratory support, allergy support, even perhaps weight loss support, and regularly take these supplements separately and you prefer fewer pills… then despite the high price, this supplement might be worth it for you.

Easy to Take Capsules, Quality Ingredients

I'm reviewing FLOUREN Immune & Wellness Formula with NAC, Vitamins C & Zinc, Quercetin, and Postbiotic Akkermansia EB-AMDK19, 50B TFU, Made in USA.This supplement comes in the form of medium sized capsules filled with yellow powder. They measure about 13/16" long. When smelling the entire bottle there's a vinegary and slightly earthy scent, but individually, there's little to no discernible taste nor scent. I found them to be easy to take.A serving size is 2 capsules making this a 30 day supply if taken daily. Each serving includes the following active ingredients: 200mg vitamin C; 14 mg zinc; 250mg akkermansia muciniphila; 600mg NAC; and 100 mg Quercetin, combining immune and respiratory support ingredients. These capsules come in a dark amber plastic bottle with a screw on lid (not child resistant). The lid was shrink wrapped and the tamper-proof seal was intact. The best by date is 11/2027.I find the current price of $54.99 for a 30 day supply to be on the high side.As a side note, this FLOUREN Immune & Wellness Formula is made in the USA in a cGMP facility per the product label.

FLOUREN Immune & Wellness Formula

I ordered this supplement as part of my overall wellness routine and was drawn to its comprehensive blend of ingredients commonly associated with immune and respiratory support. The recommended dose is two capsules daily. They are about three-quarters of an inch long and easy to swallow with water. The powder inside has a yellow color, which is consistent with other quercetin-based supplements I’ve used. This formula stands out for including Akkermansia muciniphila (strain EB-AMDK19), a heat-killed postbiotic, alongside vitamin C, zinc, NAC (N-acetylcysteine), and quercetin. It’s a well-rounded combination that brings together several familiar ingredients in one convenient formula.Since I already use quercetin separately, having it included here simplifies my routine. The addition of a postbiotic is also a unique touch that helps set this product apart from more standard options.I was pleased to see clear quality indicators such as GMP practices, third-party testing, a lot number, and an expiration date on the label. That level of transparency gives added confidence in the product. While the price is on the higher side, the formulation, convenience, and attention to quality help justify the cost. I would still like to see vegetarian or vegan capsules in the future, but this is a relatively minor point.Overall, this is a thoughtfully formulated supplement with a strong ingredient profile, good transparency, and ease of use. Based on my experience so far, I’m rating it five stars.

Well packaged, good ingredients, easy to take, might help with immunity

A supplement that covers both gut health and respiratory support. It contains a lot of ingredients, 600mg of NAC, Quercetin, and the Akkermansia postbiotic, which Ive never heard of before. Akkermansia is a beneficial gut bacteria that strengthens the intestinal barrier ("leaky gut"), reduces metabolic inflammation, and improves insulin sensitivity. What I liked:Clean Ingredients: No unpleasant smell.Easy to Take: The capsules are a manageable size and easy to swallow.Trustworthy Packaging: It’s Made in the USAQuality Seal: The bottle comes well-sealed.Its a bit expensive for a 30-day supply but seems to have quality ingredients. I've been taking it daily and havent gotten sick in the past 2 weeks, even though I've been around some people that have been sick for 2 weeks. I figured I'd eventually get sick too...but so far so good. Is it these pills? I really dont know...but they could be helping.

Quality supplement

This supplement arrived very securely packaged. The bottle was inside a sticker-sealed box and had shrink-wrapped plastic around both the lid and the bottle. Additionally, there was a seal on top of the bottle rim, along with cotton inside to protect the capsules. There was also a desiccant pack included to help protect against moisture.I would say the capsules are a normal size and are easy to swallow. There’s really no noticeable odor or taste to the outside of the capsules. One thing I’ve noticed is that my stomach hasn’t been wanting as much food lately. I was a bit curious about this until I read that this supplement may also support metabolic health and weight management. This probiotic is said to increase GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1), a hormone that can improve satiety and help regulate blood sugar levels. In turn, this may aid in managing insulin resistance and supporting weight loss. The supplement is also intended to support gut barrier function and the microbiome, as well as provide respiratory, antioxidant, and immune support. The box and the side of the bottle both list an expiration date of 11/2027, and I received the product in 03/2026—plenty of time to use the 30 servings (2 capsules each). There are also seals indicating that the supplement was made in a cGMP-certified facility, is third-party tested, allergen-free, and tested for heavy metals. Additionally, the product is made in the USA.

Seems to be helping!

I’ve been using this supplement for a little while now and overall I’m really happy with it. I originally chose it because I liked that it combines several helpful ingredients into one formula instead of having to take multiple separate supplements. The combination of NAC, Vitamin C, Zinc, Quercetin, and the postbiotic makes it feel like a well-rounded option for both respiratory and immune support. One of the main reasons I wanted to try it was for lung and airway support. NAC is something I specifically look for because it’s known to help support clear airways and overall respiratory health. Since starting it, I feel like my breathing has been comfortable and it’s been a nice addition to my daily routine, especially during times when seasonal issues can affect you more.I also appreciate that this formula includes antioxidants like Vitamin C and Quercetin to help support immune health and reduce oxidative stress. The added postbiotic with Akkermansia is interesting too since it supports the gut–lung connection, which you don’t see in many supplements. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have a strong taste or smell, which I always appreciate with supplements. Overall it feels like a thoughtfully designed formula with quality ingredients, and I like that it’s made in the USA in a cGMP facility. If you’re looking for a supplement that supports respiratory health, immune function, and gut balance all in one, this seems like a solid option.

Clean, Well-Formulated NAC + Akkermansia Blend, But Pricey for a 30-Day Supply

This is a thoughtfully formulated respiratory and immune support supplement that combines several well-known ingredients into a single capsule formula. After looking closely at the label and trying it for a bit, I came away impressed with both the ingredient selection and the overall presentation. The formula centers around 600 mg NAC (N-acetyl cysteine), which is commonly used for respiratory support because it helps thin mucus and supports the body’s antioxidant system through glutathione production. Alongside that are Vitamin C (200 mg) and Zinc (14 mg), two classic immune support nutrients. The inclusion of 100 mg quercetin is also nice to see since it is often paired with zinc in immune-focused formulas. The more unusual ingredient here is Akkermansia muciniphila (EB-AMDK19) listed as a pasteurized postbiotic with 50B TFU. Akkermansia is a gut-associated microbe that has been getting attention in research related to metabolic health and the gut barrier. Seeing it included in a respiratory formula is interesting because of the growing discussion around the gut–lung axis. Whether someone buys it specifically for that or not, it adds a modern probiotic/postbiotic angle to the product.Capsules themselves are comfortable to swallow and a reasonable size, and the recommended serving is two capsules per day. I did not notice any unpleasant smell (sometimes NAC supplements can be sulfur-heavy) and experienced no side effects while taking it.The labeling is also very solid. The bottle clearly lists:-Full supplement facts with individual dosages-cGMP manufacturing-ISO and allergen testing icons-Made in the USA-Lot and best-by information on the bottle bottomMy only real downside is the price. At roughly $55 for 30 servings (about $1.80–$2 per daily dose), it sits on the expensive side for an NAC-based supplement. While the inclusion of Akkermansia and the combined formula helps justify some of that cost, it may still feel steep compared to buying similar ingredients separately.Overall, this is a well-designed immune and respiratory support formula with good labeling, sensible capsule size, and a clean ingredient list. The cost is the only negative, but it's still a five-star rating for me.

Nice wellness formula with popular ingredients

This supplement combines several popular wellness ingredients into one capsule, including NAC, vitamin C, zinc, quercetin, and a postbiotic blend. The capsules are easy to take, without a weird aftertaste, and I really like the ingredient combination and the fact that it's made in the USA. I haven't noticed any dramatic changes while taking it, but I also haven't experienced any stomach upset or other issues. It seems like a straightforward supplement that's easy to use consistently. Another thing I like is not having to buy several different products to get similar ingredients. Having them combined into a single formula makes things easier.

Everything was as expected

This supplement features a few different items the heavy hitter in this is the NAC. That is where the respiratory support really comes in. NAC is also used by the body to produce glutathion, a master anti oxidant that really seems to help keep the human body running smooth. This was the main reason I thought to try this and bonus was the extra Vitamins C & Zinc, Quercetin, and Postbiotic Akkermansia EB-AMDK19, and 50B TFU. The bottle had clear experation dates and was properly safety sealed. AS I said it was as expected and appreciated.

Helpful for Breathing with Some Important Considerations

I’ve been using this immune and wellness supplement for a short time, and so far, the results seem promising—especially in terms of breathing and lung support. I’ve noticed a positive effect in that area, although it’s still early, so I’m continuing to evaluate it. It does seem like it could be helpful during cold and flu season. The formula includes NAC (600 mg), Vitamin C (250 mg), Zinc (14 mg), Quercetin (100 mg), and Akkermansia. These are commonly used for immune and respiratory support. That said, the quercetin dosage does seem rather low compared to what’s often found in other supplements. One thing to note is that the label only lists the weight of the Akkermansia (250 mg), without additional details. I had to look at the product description online to learn that it’s a proprietary, pasteurized strain with 10 billion TFU. Without that information on the label itself, it’s harder to fully evaluate what you’re getting.Another important issue is there are several additives listed, including corn starch, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, and rice flour. For some this may not be an issue, but those managing blood sugar may want to be cautious with ingredients like maltodextrin or corn starch and consider checking with a healthcare provider before use. Then there's the price. At around $54.99 for a 30-day supply, it’s on the higher end and may not be practical for long-term use.I’ve had a positive experience so far—especially with breathing support—and it’s easy to take. That said, between the price and the additives listed on the label, it’s something I would think through before committing to long-term use.

Deep Thought
Promising Formula,

I picked this up because I liked the idea of getting several useful ingredients in one supplement instead of taking a bunch of different things separately. The formula seems pretty well put together, especially for immune support, breathing support, and gut health. That was the main reason I wanted to try it.The capsules have been easy for me to take. They do not have much smell or any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. The packaging also gave me a good impression right away because everything looked sealed well and the product seemed handled carefully.I cannot really say I have noticed big results yet, so I do not want to oversell it. For now, I mostly like the ingredient mix and the overall quality. My biggest issue is the price, because it is not cheap for a 30 day supply. I would also check the label closely for allergen information before buying. Overall, I think it looks promising, but I would need more time with it to decide if it is worth the cost.

Nice combination of supplements, albeit pricey.

What I like:This is a well-balanced and really a smart mix of respiratory and immune support ingredients provided in an easy to swallow and straightforward two capsule a day dose. You can get this from the label but, it provides 600 mg of NAC for antioxidant activity, vitamin C, zinc, and quercetin. All of which are immune nutrients that work well together. Makes taking all 3 at once considerably easier than each individually. The extra and notably listed on the front label is the addition of Akkermansia muciniphila, a postbiotic associated with gut and metabolic health. Honestly Im not too familiar with it but I would suggest doing your own research.Outside of the ingredients, the most important for me, is that the capsules are about medium sized and easy to take with no real smell or taste. What I don’t like:The big drawback here is the cost, this is pricier than most other NAC based blends, even if you include the added postbiotic in my opinion. But you are getting all of that in 2 pills, so fewer bottles and fewer doses, so if you’re already taking too many pills or are taking these already and would prefer something all in one, then definitely this is a solid choice, the price for me is a sticking point.
